***FAILURE TO FOLLOW AFTER-CARE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN SCARRING, INFECTIONS, PIGMENT LOSS OR DISCOLORATION.***
Wash the microbladed area twice per day followed by applying the microblading aftercare ointment.
The aftercare ointment no longer needs to be applied, but continue to gently wash the microbladed area each morning and night.
***It’s critical to avoid the following for 14 days after your microblading procedure.***
Resume your normal activities except, continue to avoid laser or chemical peels and forms of exfoliation, and any creams containing retinal or glycolic acid until after the completion of your microblading touch up appointment, and its healing process as well.
BOOK NOWLimit your showers to 5 minutes so that you do not create too much steam. Keep your face/procedure area out of the water while you wash your body, then, at the end of your shower, wash your hair. Your face should only be getting wet only at the end of the shower. Avoid excessive rinsing and hot water on the treated area.
We also suggest avoiding any activities, which will cause you to over-sweat and push the ink out of the skin, as well as activities such as the gym or saunas.
There is no down time for Microblading, however, the area may be red and swollen and we recommend that you do not plan any social activities afterwards. This is NOT a quick fix beauty treatmentand you have to be prepared to endure all the healing stages of Microblading.
**If you are planning to go hot vacation involving sun, sweating, and swimming, make sure you give your skin two weeks to heal post microblading before showing off your newly microbladed brows on the beach!***
